Kenton Reserve

I love this Community and it’s a great school district, that’s a plus! New owners took over and the management and maintenance are super nice. I can’t wait to see what other improvements they will do!!

I’m looking to move from my current complex to Kenton Reserve. I went today to see about availability and all I can say is WOW! Amanda is beyond amazing. She is so welcoming and I felt at home immediately. She was very easy to talk to and she explained every thing step by step. I also was able to meet the maintenance man and he was pretty cool. I have submitted my application and I hope me and my son get to call this place home.

I've lived here for two years now, and lived here a year back in 2016; since the new management has taken over, things have really changed for the better and it makes me prouder and happier to live here. They really do seem to care about the property and us that live here. The staff is caring and compassionate, personable and so easy to talk to; they've really treated me with respect. The upgrades and changes they have made to our little community has already made it feel more like home. It's not a big community of apartments, it's a quiet little street with kids riding their bikes and playing at the pool. I was considering moving until I met the new staff, saw the changes they already made and heard their plans for the community. I'm honestly excited to see what else they have in store for out little home.

The new property manager Amanda is absolutely amazing and genuine and she is here just as much as she is at home and wants this place to feel like home for everyone. Frank the top-notch Maintenance Guy will go above and beyond to make sure that your home is in perfect working condition anything that you need or don’t have he will make sure that it is done and that it is done to your satisfaction. But not only that they are great people just to get to know and have conversations with! They both are always coming up with ways to make the property look and be better the renovations that they have done to not only the landscaping but the apartments is truly amazing! Thanks for all you guys do!

Excited to see where this place goes. A new owner took over and has already within two weeks is making this place feel like home again. They re did the pavement and even communicated very well letting us know they would be re doing the roads so we needed to have our cars moved. Sending out emails and putting up signs. Sometimes with a busy life we can forget things around us. The manager Amanda is very respectful and responsive. She has a great staff as well. Frank the maintenance guy is always helpful making sure to listen to any problems we have had. Them taking over I’m sure they were swamped when first moving in and getting settled. So many questions from everyone and the clubhouses had been packed with people that live in the complex. Yet they listen, care about you and your home and have big things coming to the complex which was MUCH needed. I appreciate them and I’m sure everyone else does as well.
