I arrived to look for a sofa on a Tuesday evening - Durham, NC store. Dianne greeted me at the door and helped right away. I saw a sofa on a mailer advertisement. She pointed me right to it and was very personable. She also asked her manager for the advertisement price even though it was a week beyond that promotion. The discount was applied with no issues and she answered some other questions and completed my purchase. Simple. Quick. Efficient. Pleasant.

I felt welcomed from the time I walked in the door to the making the purchase just looking for bedding and bedroom items. LaDwaun gave great customer service. Anything I needed help on. She had an answer ready for me. I would definitely come back and make other purchases from the store.

Our sales lady Tiffany was wonderful. She introduced herself said she is there to help us & gave us space to look the store over without following us around. She was not pushy in any way. We ask our questions, and she helped us order what we wanted & set up delivery for us. She was great. Probably the best experience I have ever had
with a sales person.

So over the past couple weeks, I have been working closely with Richard to furnish my home that’s almost done being built. He has been phenomenal, honest and has made himself completely available to every question and concern that arises. I have purchased over $5k in furniture, confident in every piece because of his expertise and professionalism. He also has an excellent eye for design and was able to really assess my ideas and my space to help me figure out my dream vision. I am so grateful to him, as this whole process could have been a total nightmare without his help. He is truly a gem, a major asset to that store and and I will continue to go straight to him for any and all of my future furniture needs. I am so grateful to him and this particular location. I highly recommend seeing him, especially if you are a first time homeowner making your first big furniture purchases!

Great experience!!! Walked in, one of the sales person asked if we’d ever been there before (which we hadn’t) and simply explained what the information card on each display detailed. We looked around for about 40 min, no one bothered us. Place was very nice and clean, and then when we were ready, Michelle, who was the person who greeted us at the door, helped us with the last bit and in about a month and a half we get our furniture!! Will definitely go there again!

Great employees

Starbucks is always good for a great cup-o-joe, and the staff are always so friendly. The creamer always seems to be out though...like some little goblin comes in right before me every time and drinks it up! Freaking goblins.

My absolute favorite Starbucks to go to, and I have been to hundreds of locations around the world. Staff here is the absolute best! Katie runs the store like a well oiled machine, and Sam made an effort from the beginning to be friendly get to know me and my order(s). I feel like a member of the family when I come here. I would go out of my way just to go inside krogers and get coffee from here. 12/10 rating.
