Great service. Doppes in Cincinnati ordered some emergency light batteries for me.
I think Batoray is very proud of the quality products and service it provides to their customers. Batoray is a WHOLESALE only company and cannot meet the needs of individual end users. I encourage end users to purchase from one of Batoray’s distributors. One can only speculate that the review from Mr. Lam was because he called and asked to purchase products and was told he would have to purchase from one of Batoray’s distributors and did not like the answer.
