Lofts Apartments

Troy the maintenance man was super helpful, he helped us out with a flat tire even though he didn't have to. The area is beautiful and people are very respectful.

Moving recently to The Lofts of Prospect Point, I thought I'd died and went to Heaven! Breathtaking views of the Ohio River; green space aplenty filled with wildlife and trees; paved walking trails around healthy ponds and beautifully maintained grounds and
landscaping. I fondly refer to it as a "nature preserve." And everyone picks up after their pets too!

Obviously, I am thrilled to be a part of this welcoming community. The rental experience and apartment brings just as much satisfaction. Plenty of efficient storage and well designed units. From the very start, property manager Sharon Martz, went the extra mile for me. She aims to please and does it extremely well. Your concerns are addressed quickly.

The dedication and longevity shown by Sharon and Troy is apparent with one look at the units, both inside and out. Maintenance supervisor, Troy, responds promptly and arrives with everything needed to complete the job. Amazing!

IMO, this is the best rental property in N. Ky. I hope to never move again. Home, sweet home!

As a Loft resident for 10 years, I can recommend the staff who have consistently responded quickly to any concerns. This staff is diligent in creating a community experience with welcome friendliness.

I just moved from The Lofts a couple of weeks ago and it’s a peaceful, beautiful place to live. Management is awesome and if I ever decide to move back to the area, I’ll go back in a heartbeat 💗
