Don't really know how their repair shop is we just picked up a tow in. The drivers helped get it out and we're very nice.

I went to Complete Auto Care based upon the positive reviews as my car was malfunctioning while on vacation. Collin was the service tech and he was excellent. They provided a diagnosis and it was news that no one ever wants to hear, we needed a new engine or complete rebuild due to a transmission problem (trans jump, I believe).

Being 3 1/2 hours from home made things especially difficult. Collin patently and professionally explained all the alternatives to us. He also listened emphatically as we asked questions and bounced ideas off him.

We were puling a trailer and they let us store it on their property and were very helpful when we needed to retrieve it after hours.

While we opted to call the car a total loss I was extremely happy with them and would happily return for service. They are a top-shelf organization, they type of people I'm not only happy but that I want to support with my hard-earned dollars.

Complete is my go-to and has been for 7+ years now.. They're honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable! I have taken 5 or 6 vehicles to them over the years (older to newer) and have never been disappointed! Eric always provides exceptional customer service and it's nice to have that peace at mind knowing your vehicle is in good hands. I bring my cat van here to be worked on. I have gone to numerous shops in NKY/Southern Ohio region with all of them advising after dropping it off that they can't work on it. I have a heavy duty suspension so I'm guessing that they see this and then decide they can't work on it? This place has had absolutely NO hesitation with working on her. Even going so far as to being surprised that no one else other than another local truck shop will work on her. I've had my break booster, EGR valve, fuel pump, and numerous other things replaced with them not having any issues. I do have to do a bit of driving to get here, but it's honestly worth it. My cat van is an '03, with over 200k miles but I really want her to last until the engine goes. Eric is awesome. I can't thank any of the mechanics that work here enough for all the help they provide for my girl.
