  These guys are outstanding! I bought a house to remodel and attempted to DIY almost all of it until I realized the drainage system was out of my league. I called these guys up. They showed up quickly, on time, were extremely professional, and showed me everything they found that was wrong. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure all my needs were addressed. Their pricing was extremely fair to boot. 10/10 would recommend these guys again!

  I don't really leave review's, however, I feel that this time was warranted. I found myself in a pickle, in need of quick plumbing services. I'm the executor of an estate house that is being sold, during the inspection, there were several items that needed to be repaired / replaced ASAP. I could not find a plumbing company that could come out when I needed them, that was until I dialed the number to Elite Performance Plumbing. They told me that they could come out the same day and give me an estimate on the work. I was expecting them to come out at 04:00 PM, however I got a text at 12:00, stating that they will be there in 30 minutes. The technician, Jacob, arrived around 12:30. Jacob was able to fix many of the items on the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the task in a timely manner. I had called several plumbing businesses before talking to Elite, they all either could not make it out when I needed them, or could not do certain specialized tasks. I'm glad to have found Elite and apricated the prompt response by Jacob.

  Got my water bill in the mail and realized it was outrageous. Called Elite Performance Plumbing LLC and they responded to my home stupid quick!
  
  Jacob was able to locate the leak fix the problem within hours! Can’t thank Elite Performance for the Elite job and great pricing! Highly recommend.

  Jacob and Alan were the real deal. They gave us a thorough explanation of what the problem was, gave us options for repair/replacement, but never pressured us to make one decision over the other. The guys wound up doing major work at our house and their pricing was fair. They were professional from start to finish. On time, all work done to code, properly inspected. Don't hesitate to hire these guys, they really care about your time and your house, and will take great care of you.

  Jacob responded quickly to my call, then let me know when he would arrive by text. He immediately diagnosed the problem, offered a few options and an estimate. He arrived the next day early and dug up the old cast iron pipe and replaced it with a clean out and new plastic pipe. I highly recommend Jacob and crew very professional, prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
