Smiley , owner, lifts you up and takes you to a higher level of feel good the second you open his day. Yes, it is an hour from our home but so worth the drive dealing with the computer educated individual that he is. Always over and above providing the individual service he offers.

This dude is top notch. Bought 60 ft. of Ethernet cable a few months ago, and it suddenly stopped working one day. Brought it in to him, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed it on the spot within minutes. Turns out while I was moving the cord, I had accidentally pulled it a little to hard and the connector had come loose on one end. Best part is, once he had quickly repaired it, he REFUSED to take any form of payment at all. He said that "Doing little things like this for folks is what keeps your name out there, and in a good way. Don't worry about it brother, I'm just glad I could help."

Well, you have definitely made yourself a customer for life. 5/5 plan to do all of my computer shopping here from now on.

My laptop had become a desktop when a piece broke & I couldn't close my lid for fear of cracking my screen. I called and was helped immediately. He ordered my part & fixed my laptop within hours of bringing it in. He also gave me valuable advice to prevent the same thing from happening to future computers. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied with the work he did on my computer and I highly recommend the service! I will not take my computer anywhere else to get it fixed.
