Went in to buy one mattress but came out with two. Ask for Emery. He is extremely helpful and kind. He will go over all your sleep habits to find the perfect mattress at a good price.

The customer service is really great at the Riverpark location. Brandon is a true sleep expert and takes his time with you to find your true body match to a mattress. I tried one mattress, but it did not work for me. Brandon took me on a another journey to find the mattress that will work for me. I am sleeping so great now on my Serta Willow. The switch out out was very easy as long as you follow the warranty rules. I am very happy with my purchase.

I visited the Mattress Firm Sugar Land Eddie was my sales rep. He was wonderful. I told him what I needed and my budget and he got me exactly what I needed in the price was awesome. Even though he was a one person man at that location with two other customers. He was very considerate about not pressuring me and let me take my time. I will refer him to anyone that is looking for a deal.
