Veracruz Auto Repair

By far and away the best experience I have had with a mechanic. I was screwed over by a big chain mechanic and Angel and the rest of the team at Veracruz were unbelievably helpful in solving my car issues. Could not recommend more!! Thank you Veracruz!

After traveling from Chicago, my car decided that it wanted to give out on me in Richmond, KY. Literally 5hrs & 40mins away from home my brother and I are in a place where we do not know anyone. Granted this happened on a Sunday, so the repair shops were closed for the day. Had to eventually get a room to ensure our safety. We called so many different places for tow quotes and repair prices, but nothing was in our favor. Searched for repair shops close by and "Veracruz" had the best rating. So, we called for towing prices to get the car to their shop. We got the car towed to Veracruz and was greeted by and Angel! Not only was her name "ANGEL" but she was definitely sent our way to ensure that everything would be ok! She assured us that things would be alright and that they would try to fix the issue. They moved others aside to put us ahead. She took us through the town of Richmond KY to show us around while taking us to grab a bite to eat!!! Although, they were not able to fix the car problem, they supplied us with resources (personal vehicle to pick up tow truck) to help us get back home to South Carolina. We received help with getting the car on the Tow and all! We will forever be thankful that we crossed paths. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in the surrounding area!!!!! Thank you all once again for everything!!!!! -

We live in Atlanta and travel to/from Cincinnati often. Stopped here on Memorial Day 2022 in an emergency, will make a point to stop here again whenever we need any maintenance/repairs/whatever done for the car. They were phenomenal. We initially just wanted to get the car fixed and get back on the road ASAP, but Brittney at the front desk made the wait a pleasure, and Jorge was kind enough to take extra steps to ensure our problem wasn't something more serious. And this was on Memorial Day afternoon

My husband and our 3 sons were driving from Michigan when we had to stop due to alternator belt issues, the owner was really nice and very helpful, and Angel in the office was SUCH a big help and she absolutely loved our baby boy, and kept him calm throughout the entire waiting process! We were done and out of the shop in less than 2 hours!
