Even though I gave them a 120 day notice, they still said I had broken my lease. I vacated the house before the 15th of February they would not return any portion of my February payment. They told me on the 17th of January I would be receiving a refund of half a month’s rent. I cleaned the house completely and even scrubbed the floors. Now I am waiting to see if they actually return my deposit. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. I am 76 years old and have been taken advantage of. Please investigate throughly before renting from this company.

Amy made buying our first home so smooth and painless. She was honest and never pushy. She was also so caring and patient when we decided to sell it. I refer all of my friends to her when they are looking to buy a sell their home. In addition, Stonegate manages my dad’s rental properties and he loves having them do it. He deals with zero headache and just gets money in his bank account every month. They are honest and hardworking people who have always treated us like family.

When we put our house up for sale I knew stone gate realty was who we were going to work with. We weren’t disappointed!! They are honest and always kept us up to date with info. Once our house was on the market with them it went under contract within a week. We will definitely work with them again in the future!
