  There were two things I did not like about this motel. First, there were no elevators so I had to lug the suitcases up the stairs. Secondly, the hallways were a dark grey. On the plus side they had very comfortable pillows in the rooms.

  A NICE newly remodeled hotel. Great access to all foods and local distilleries. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean! What a great find and price for value!!
  After the night: decent water pressure and middle end quality towels. The room was quiet and comfortable. Being a builder I did notice a few shortcomings on the remodeling quality. But it’s still nice. The breakfast bar was very generic. Coffee was good!
  Suggestions are add a place to hang clothing for longer stays and towels when wet. The curved shower curtain bars go a long way for larger or disabled people. Construction is still under way but doesn’t interfere with your stay.
  Still a fan at this price point! (Less than $100)

  The Inn is currently under construction although they still have availability, and still offer breakfast. It is located a few miles outside of town but is close enough for a short drive or walk to the closest amenities, restaurants and entertainment. The staff are wonderful, going beyond expectation to find us venues and information about surrounding areas. The rooms are clean, spacious, and serviced everyday. We received replacement towels and courtesy toiletries daily, however, they did not offer a bed making service which we found disappointing. There are no closets in the room to hang clothing, be prepared to live out of your suitcases. The Inn does provide irons and ironing boards. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, sugar and coffee creamer. They are not replaced daily although I'm sure the Inn would be more than willing to replenish when asked for. The breakfast waffles are wonderful, there is cereal and yogurt available along with fresh coffee.
  The indoor pool and bar were not available due to construction. $$ very affordable, a decent, comfortable, safe place to stay. It will be a preferred sleep over once all construction is completed. Plenty of parking which is well lit.

  We happened to be there the week they were doing construction on the front entrance, but they kept the area blocked off well. Breakfast was good and the area was very clean. Manager/Owner? was always making sure customers were satisfied. The front desk lady was friendly and was in love with my hair, lol
  My only downfall was that if someone had a dog, they shouldn't book them next to others when the hotel was basically empty. Will go back again.

  Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and remodeled. Beds comfortable, shower hot. The heater ran quietly, unlike some hotel heating units that wake you up everytime they turn on. The breakfast had cold and hot options. Bardstown has a nice downtown area and is a great location for the bourbon trail. Considering this was one of the lower to mid priced hotels in the area, we were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with our stay.
