Wonderful staff very friendly, I would recommend the doctor to any one, rather your a recovering addict or just looking for a primary doctor. She genuinely wants to help you.
Truly a gift to the community! The provider and staff are genuine and take steps above others to listen, care and treat patients with compassion and dignity.( A rare commodity in present age.) I was able to establish a relationship from the first visit discussing my medical history, diagnosis and treatment plan with Stephanie Nicholson, Nurse Practioner. My questions were answered in terms I understand and I was given related information to take to specific specialists. The lab is conveniently located in-house and the technician is kind and humorous. Front of office goes beyond measure to respond to patient needs and is willing to help with scheduling same day appointments. gem of a place!
Bardstown Total Healthcare is one of the best clinics at which I have ever had the blessing of receiving care. Stephanie and Darryl are so welcoming and inviting. I have many health concerns and they are so patient with me. They go out of their way to ensure my issues are addressed as quickly as possible. It was quick and easy to get my initial appointment. They take nearly all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. They have an in-clinic lab to draw blood and other tests. Here you are treated as a person, not a chart or number. Stephanie takes all the time you need to listen to, fully understand your issue and treat it properly. She doesn't rush you through. The staff are not judgemental, and only seem to care about getting you better. The lab staff are concerned about keeping you as comfortable as possible while doing bloodwork. If you need a primary care provider in Bardstown or the surrounding area I suggest you give Bardstown Total Healthcare a try.
This place is AMAZING. Daryll, does a little of everything and really makes you feel welcomed there. The doctor, Stephanie Nicolson really cares about her patients, Can explain anything in terms you can understand and is very good at what she does. I have never called them and not been able to get an appointment that day or the next. I can not say enough good things about them.
Dr. Nicholson is so caring and such a great physician. I drive over an hour to see her. I highly recommend her for your primary doctor needs and more. She was also my mom’s doctor and treated her with respect and dignity even through her last moments of life.
