  I go here every year to get the water in the pool tested. They are very helpful and set me up with the chemicals needed and how to use them. I am by no means their biggest customer but they treat me well everytime I go there.

  These guys open and close my pool every year. They do a great job and are always available to help if anything comes up in the meantime. They also have added a very helpful customer service person to man the phones.

  I walked into the store three weeks ago and was met by Christine. She was very helpful and my wife and I purchased a Nordic hot tub on a Monday. Paul came to or house on Tuesday to survey the area and to give us advise on the hot tub set up. It arrived on Wednesday and we were in it that night. Paul, again came over on Thursday to make sure everything was working and to find out if we were satisfied with the purchase. I have been back to the store for water analysis and purchased chemicals to balance the H2O. All I can say is they are great. What a wonderful experience.

  We recently purchased a swim spa from Cherry Valley and had a great experience. Paul was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our installation was a success. Customer service was fantastic from both the owner Paul and all of the staff. Anytime I called the store they were super helpful and knowledgeable. The people who work there and the customer support we received are the reasons we chose Cherry Valley over the competitors. Plus the swim spa is fantastic!

  Always super responsive and able to resolve any issues. From leaks to stalled motors. These guys are great!! I’ve used many companies over the years and cherry valley is by far the best!! They have also maintained my pool for the first time and what a treat!! No issues at all with algae or funk, great summer!!
