Ashley has always went above and beyond for her clients. Each time I go there she is always on top of everything trying to do it all. Covid rly hit my family hard and was almost out of electric she called me and got it taken care of and it was almost 6 at night. Thank you Ashley and ky river foothills.
foothills is the best ,they help me with heat in the winter months,n have helped my son n his family,the nicest people.
I don't know where to begin ..the people in powell county foothills office is amazing i have never been made to feel like i was doing something wrong by asking for help never degraded or anything like that they go out of there way to help anyone..the lady that takes your paperwork i never can Rem ember her name she was a teacher before but anyway she has even went and picked up electric bills for me and other people cause they couldn't find them threw email they are just really amazing people thank you all

Was there for help from HEAP. I like the new set up way better! Appointment only. My visit went much quicker than in the past. Staff very friendly and helpful.
