  I had taken my car to another service company. They handed me a detailed list of things that needed attention. The total bill was just under $3000.00. I took my car to Clark’s along with the bill. They checked everything on the list and determined that none of the items needed immediate attention. I paid just $30.00 for their labor
  I will continue to go to Clark’s for my automotive needs. I TRUST them.

  These guys are so good. I read these bad reviews on here and really do not believe them. We have use this shop for the past 6 years without one issue. They are always nice to me, my wife, and now my daughter since she is driving. They take the time to explain to her what is wrong and we usually get our vehicle back the next day if not the same day. I will always use this shop as long as we live in Georgetown.

  My wife and I were visiting the area for a few weeks and staying in our 5th wheel at a nearby RV park when my truck stopped charging. I had the alternator replaced a while back at a different Napa Autocare location so I called them and they told me it was under warranty.
  
  I looked up local shops, and Clark's said they could fit me in, but honestly weren't sure on the warranty. My local guy assured me either way he'd get me squared away so I took it to them.
  
  While we went back and forth a bit on the warranty, and coverage they still did the work diagnosed and found it was the alternator. They didn't charge me for the part, and honored the warranty so that was great. They also dropped me off back at my RV park and picked me up, as I was working remotely so I needed to be back at work.
  
  They did charge me for the labor, and I'm going to work with my local shop to see if NAPA will cover that as well. but honestly I'm very happy with their work and how I was treated. I just wish they were more up to date on how to work with the NAPA warranty system.
  
  If I lived in the area (and it's possible I might be), I would bring my vehicle back here.

  Can not say enough about the outstanding service we received after hours on a Friday night! Teddy Clark answered his phone after hours, opened up to do a tire repair and get us back on the road all for a very reasonable cost. Just proves there truly are good and generous people still out there willing to help out strangers. Teddy could have easily told us we would have to wait until morning and incur the expense of a hotel room, but He was pleasant and accommodating, Customer Service is Top Notch!
