  I am Bluegrass Chem-Dry come out to clean my carpets in my 3 bedrooms after 2 dogs that no longer live in the home. The carpets looks amazing first day they did a special treatment for the pet spots, after the carpets dried completely (a day or 2 later) purple spots popped u everywhere where they used the special treatment. They came out once with a product to get rid of them as soon as I was available (they worked around my schedule) first product didn’t work. I called back once again they came out ASAP with a different product to try, again wasn’t successful. So I called back and they were going to have to special order another product to try. So it came in a few days later and on New Year’s Day they came out for a third time and as of now the carpets look brand new! But I will definitely be using this company each and every time because of their dedication to making it right and how on top of it they were! Thank you guys so much for making the carpets look and smell new!

  After doing my homework (reading reviews, comparing prices & availability) I chose Chem-Dry to clean the floors in our home. I made the right choice! Greg was here on time and charged exactly what he quoted. I was blown away at how GREAT my carpet looks! They look new again! I would definitely recommend Chem-Dry!

  Had them first come out and clean my furniture and they did an amazing job! My couches looked brand new. Then we wanted to spruce up our worn carpets upstairs before the holidays so we had them come back out and it looks unbelievable!!! Shawn, and this company are professional, efficient and provide high quality work, especially for the price! Highly highly recommend!

  Greg was very helpful and professional. He gave recommendations for the services he thought would be best for our dog pee issues, and the results were great! It's like our carpets are new again! And the carpets were not damp the whole day, which was great with kids and dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic job!

  Customer service was superb! I called Bluegrass Chem-Dry on 6/7/16 and was quickly given an appointment for 6/9/16! My carpets were in pretty bad shape and this process gave them life! Our tech Shawn, was personable and professional and did an awesome job! I will definitely be using Bluegrass Chem-Dry for all my carpet cleaning needs!
