The equipment and gym itself is clean and new.

It's a bit small and can be busy at time but is absolutely still the best option for a workout in Woodford county.

The owner is a super nice guy, and the prices are super fair.

Working out here for a little over a month, I can say it is a quality gym. While some people are leaving reviews complaining about the lack of space, this is definitely not true and I never feel cramped or claustrophobic. Front desk members are very helpful and always kindly greet me in and out of the door.
