Gracie United - Team Jucao Ascension

Building up the courage to walk into Gracie United several years ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself! If you are considering giving it a try, don't hesitate, just show up and you will thank yourself too. Professor Robbie and his Coaches excel at getting you started on your journey at your own pace in a new state of the art facility. Many people begin training to get in shape or learn self defense but they continue training because of the friendships they make and the personal growth that comes on and off the mats. Priceless!

5 stars is not high enough for this gym. The coaches and students were so welcoming, I felt like I had been training there for years. It is by far the cleanest facility I have ever trained at with beautiful changerooms, bathrooms, and showers. I visited for an intermediate class and all the students displayed really technical and sound jiu jitsu. My only complaint is I do not live closer so I can not visit more often. Thank you Robbie and students for giving us such a great experience!

Professor Robbie and his coaches do an outstanding job with the kids. Jiu Jitsu has been incredible for my son for his confidence and discipline. It's been wonderful watching my six year old transform into a confident, self assertive kid who stands up for himself and others. I can't recommend Professor Robbie and his staff enough.

Professor Robbie is incredible and really strives to make sure each child succeeds and understands safety of Jiu Jitsu with self defense. No child is treated differently based on experience and they all work together as a team to achieve the same goal in their lessons. He is very professional with communication with parents and really has your childs best interest at all times. I really cannot say enough great things about Gracie United Ascension and give them a 10/10.
