On the third day of my trip, it rained profusely. My rental car had water pouring in from the top. The carpets were soaked, there was standing water it the cup holders. I was miserable. I drove back to Enterprise. I expected a big long hassle. They got me right in and took great care of me. They gave me a really nice replacement. My attitude shifted 180 degrees. Thanks so much.

Beautiful car and customer service. Had no issues with the car because it was new, only 300 miles on it, I believe, so of course no issues. But I really want to point out KEVIN!!!!! He was amazing!! He called me later the day I dropped it off to ask about my experience and to make sure I was satisfied. He was VERY SWEEET and made the call quick, which I like because I'm super busy, traveling 6 out of the 7 days of the week. Corporate customer here! Will definitely use Enterprise at this location again. GREAT SERVICE!! If we could all be like KEVIN, the world would be a better place :)

I have rented a car quite a few times since doing travel for my work, and the experience has been relatively good. However, each time that I have rented from GSO airport, there has been something with the vehicle. That part is frustrating. Overall the customer service has been good.

Today i was hauling a load and i had an escort truck break down. The owner of this company (i dont remember his name right off) offered to escort me to where i was going without hesitation, like he'd known me my whole life. That might not seem like alot to some people but in our industry that is a duper hig deal. Its rare to come across someone as selfless as that. I declined hos offer and he helped me jump start my truck and we were back on our way. He was so kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to use this company because a very respectable man owns it, and im sure his quality of work reflects that.
