  When I was forced to be catholic as a young girl it turned me away from religion bc of many things that I questioned. When I was very lost and alone and in a dark place I was introduced to someone who went to healing place and she asked me to come with her. I thought great and how long does it kart ? Well my 1st visit it was shocking bc I’m used to Catholicism and the music and energy well I was like is everyone nuts.. but I got in my car to go home and I felt this since of peace and happiness wash over me. It sounds corny and I didn’t just instantly become into God or think it was God at the time I just knew I had to go back. I went two times a week for years making the trip from Laplace to Baton Rouge for late night and then Saturday’s. But then I moved to New Orleans s still made the trips but once I became pregnant I couldn’t do it as Often and then once I had my son not at all. I’ve looked and looked and can’t find a church that makes me feel love and peace! I wish healing place would expand their annex churches to the north shore! St Tammany parish could use the love light and peace God brings through the healing place church and it’s ministry. I miss this place so much.

  I love this church !! The Best pastor and staff and they are huge on outreach I. The community and around the world!! They understand that we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus everywhere we step out in the world. The worship team raise the roof every Sunday .. and the children's area are unmatched !! I wish I was a child again it looks that fun !!

  Very peaceful and loving spirits in the building!!! Tons of room, big screens, and very comfy seats!!! Healing Place Church is a wonderful place to hold events; they have several rooms available for breakout sessions as well. Every seat in the arena has a great view of the stage!!! The classrooms that are used for Sunday School classes are beautifully decorated with friendly, welcoming scenery sure to attract children of all ages!!!
