We expected just another eyeglass appointment but we were delighted and impressed when greeted by Tammy! As I spent my time selecting my frames I listened to her greet others as they walked in with the same genuine enthusiasm. I said to myself: Wow, what skill.
The entire staff was great as well and we thank you all for a great customer service experience!

Excellent experience. Do not remember the names of the 2 women that greeting me at the desk, but very nice. The doctor, Dr. Patel was very good and listened to my concerns. The manager Ozzie, was very good, he fit me for 2 pairs of glasses...the was an issue with my insurance. He called the company and we got answers. I have never had that great of service. Highly recommend.

I had some trouble at the beginning with my insurance. The receptionist was very busy but stayed so patient with me. Everyone was great. Michelle seemed a bit bashful but was extremely kind and helpful. I had an excellent experience, thank you to all of them for their help. Got my glasses today 3/9 8 days before promised very good. Glasses look good and feel good. The woman who fitted me even cleaned my old glasses before letting me leave. The whole experience was excellent highly recommend.

Wow!! My experience today was outstanding! From lady's behind the counter to the lady in the exam room to the doctor!! These lady's displayed a level of customers service and compassion that you really don't see everyday! I so relaxed while I was there. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood it. Thank you American Best for the outstanding Experience. I recommend 10 out 10.
