The staff is always friendly and they make you feel like family. They love my dog and even though he's considered an aggressive breed, they don't treat him like one. I'll always recommend them to others that are in the area.

(October 11, 2022, 8:49 am)Very knowledgeable staff! They genuinely care about you and your pets. I have an aggressive 100lb German Shepard that can be very difficult to work with. Plains was able to work out a good strategy to keep everyone safe during his visits. They also let me stay with him throughout the visit!

Friday afternoon our nosey Aussie Shepherd gobbled down a pellet of rat poison we dropped accidentally. Plains fit us in quickly, treated her, and kept her healthy. Thanks to the staff!
