  Ms. Alicia was very professional over the phone and in person. Ms. Alicia was helpful and very informative. FYI if corporate won't directly connect your call, go in person to see her. Please give her a raise for her outstanding professionalism and service. Thank you Ms. Alicia!!! Five stars! ***Update"***Thought everything was going well until she failed to extend my due date as requested and cancelled my insurance before the date she said it was due. She apologized for not having the proper training, giving me the wrong information, and wouldn't give me a refund costing me $230.00. Between this office and corporate they are horrible and will tell you anything. Just stay away!

  One of the best experiences I've had while buying insurance. Mrs. Alicia was very kind and explained everything to where I could fully understand what I was going to receive with my policy. If your looking for insurance I highly recommend you shop with them.

  I love the customer service I receive here every time! Representative Ariana is impeccable, quick, and attentive to help! I switched to U.S. Agencies from another insurance company. I’m glad I did! Ariana helped me find a lower policy for the value of my car( which is way less than the price I was paying before with other competitors.) She is always positive and attentive! Thank you so much for your awesomeness Ariana!
