I brought my car to change its tires and there appeared to be a mix up with the system which made them take a while to do so; however, they had no idea that this had happened until I went to ask them if they knew why it was taking so long. The customer care representatives quickly found out what the issue was and apologized for the inconvenient. The manager, Kanita, was there and made sure the guys switching the tires pull up my car and work on it right away. Kanita kept going outside to make sure they were not wasting any time so I could get my car as soon as possible. I wish all the managers, especially at Walmart, were as caring and understanding towards the customer as she was.
