**Update: about two weeks later they sent someone to finish up the job. The worker was exceptional. His attentional to detail was much appreciated. I could recommend this company with two stipulations: 1. Know their timeline is tentative; 2. Check the work is completed to your satisfaction before you pay and they leave.**
The work is fine. Once they finally shown up and get to work. Installation was scheduled for a certain date, a Thursday. One week later than I was originally told. First problem. 2nd problem, when they called to confirm they had pushed back a day without contacting us ahead of time. Then the afternoon before installation, they call to tell us they won’t be coming till the following Monday! Then on Monday they didn’t get started till 10am. So of course it being November and running out of light they didn’t finish. They showed up nice and early the next day, but we had prior engagements and had to leave before they finished. We gave them a check before we left, paying the balance in full. Come home to find they had installed something backwards and also left quite a few feet of screen unattached to the frame. That was a Tuesday and today is Friday. I have been promised every single day since they would come to finish the work. Only to get the run around. They sure did cash the check quick. This company is not straight forward in any way shape or form with the customer. They just tell you what you want to hear so you get off their back. Very unprofessional. The installers were great, though. If you value transparency I would suggest shopping around for another patio cover company.
