(August 10, 2023, 9:20 am)I work for Louisiana Conservation Corps and one of our Stihl chainsaws were missing all 3 screws to the engine cover. I called around and every other store said they would have to be ordered and may take weeks. C & M was the only store who was able to help!! I was able to stop by the next morning to pick them up. Great customer service.
