    These people are very supporting and patient. When my screen replacement went bad because of old faulty hardware in my phone, they were quick to replace it again for free. When all else failed, they were able to help me upgrade to a newer model at a reasonable price. Austin was thorough and helpful in his explanations and advice. These folks are knowledgeable, patient, and also fast!

    Big shot out Austin!!!!!! Made my experience totally unmatched by any other. He represented himself along with the company very professional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend everyone looking to repair their devices yes devices to come see him.

    This place was great. It was so clean and I felt really welcomed right when I walked into the store. I needed to find out why my old phone was not working well and Austin and Mark help me get a new phone were I really did not even have to pay anything anyone wanting friendly people and a nice vibe place to get there repairs done or a new device please check out this place 😀🥰

    Thank you Tech Genius and especially Austin for taking care of me. My phone looks brand new and my Apple Watch is amazing. There customer service was great and I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank y’all so much!

    Amazing staff. I dropped my phone, cracks all over my phone, it was atrocious. I had originally planned to go to the Apple Store on Millerville, 12 miles away to fix my phone for 100 dollars more. After more searching, I found Tech Genius 3 minutes away from my house to fix it for a lot cheaper, but also great quality. A man named Mark took my original call scheduling an appointment and was super nice and confirming. He took my second call asking to reschedule ON THE DAY OF, and still was confirming and nice. He walked us through everything and told me everything I needed to know. Even beyond the staff, the building itself is so welcoming. The floors are shiny and clean, there were waiting tables, music, and the store smelled great. 10/10 service.
