James was compassionate and kind during the entire process of handling my mother’s passing and dealing with all of the paperwork. Prompt and courteous every time I had questions or follow up.
Mr. James at Church Funeral Services & Crematory made the entire experience very calming. He greeted our family as if he had known us his whole life and gave his condolences for the loss of our father as well as lent a listening ear when one was needed. Mr. James went above and beyond when it came to assuring our mother that everything would be alright and that he would make sure everything went smoothly. He kept her very up to date, assuring us that he would have enough ashes set aside for all of us who wanted to keep some as well as to keep our mother updated during the whole process so she would know when our father was being cremated instead of having to constantly wonder or call to find out information. They truly care for the families who come to them at Church Funeral Services and Crematory.
James Hodges was a God send as I was running in circles trying to
get this done and he stepped in and settled things down and managed
the situation. It ended up being a good experience during hard times.
He is a Professional and wonderful person to work with.

No one likes having to plant a funeral but unfortunately today comes when you have to and I could not have asked for a better team at church funeral services they were so sweet James was just totally awesome I think him and the team there for everything they did for me and my family when we lost our loved one if you're having to plan a funeral don't look any further than this place they are great and they will help you in any way they can!
I cannot begin to explain how helpful James Hodges was/is with all the necessary procedures and paperwork for planning a military funeral. He has gone above and beyond anything I could have imagined.
