Only once was a package not delivered because it was international and full of cacao which they thought might have been illegal, it was a funny experience! They gave me the package once I explained what it was ????

(December 12, 2017, 10:57 am)This review is for the counter experience, not mail pick up or delivery issues. I went to this office on weekday morning around 10am, the lady at the front desk was most helpful, courteous and efficient! I was in and out within 5min and sent 3 packages. Though - they only had 1 person at the front desk so it could be slow if there’s a line. There’s no self service machine so you’d have to wait in line.

(July 10, 2016, 4:12 am)The staff is very kind and they try to help. I appreciate that they are cool and aren't just pissed off all the time like some other post offices. Understand it's the post office and if you expect prompt service and reliable delivery or would choose US post office when you're counting on something making it it on time, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. I think this is the best you can really expect out of a New Orleans post office. My Mailman is the bomb.
