I've been training in martial arts for half of my life, starting with Shaolin Kung Fu in another state 20 years ago, and this is one of the most authentic places I've trained. Shifu's knowledge and skill are unmatched. There is no other authentic Shaolin school in NOLA.

(November 21, 2022, 8:21 pm)Excellent school with highly trained and compassionate teachers. Shifu is unmatched in his knowledge, but is also humble and funny. You will feel like family here. And you will learn traditional Shaolin kungfu. It will improve your mind, body, and soul.
