SouthStar Urgent Care

South star's nurses and doctors are great! Unfortunately it seems we come here monthly but couldn't ask for a better team to help my family and I with our health!

6 months ago, we didn't have the greatest experience at South Star Urgent Care. This time, my daughter and I went in and were treated very well. From the girl at front desk to the girl who took us back. Then, to the NP, Courtney Bozant! 5 star 🌟 this time! Thank you to all staff members!

Southstar took my daughter as a walk-in; no questions asked. Everyone was so nice & friendly. They treated my daughter in a timely manner. They even spoke to her directly at times (she’s 6) & it made her feel very special! We had a wonderful experience & we highly recommend!! :)

Extra plus- I love that they’re open on Sundays

I am not from Gramercy, but was kayaking in Lac des Allemands when I had an accident and kayak flipped. I had a head laceration and went to this urgent care location. I was very impressed with the care I received. Courtney Bozant,NP was extremely thorough in my exam, making sure I did not have any neurological symptoms. She cleaned my wound, put 5 staples in my head and I honestly didn't feel a thing. She and her nurse/CNA (I cannot rem her name) were very kind,compassionate, and professional. I would def recommend SouthStar Urgent care to everyone.

I was very pleased with SouthStar Urgent Care. The receptionist (Brittany) and staff was very friendly and professional. The wait time was not long, I was seen in a timely manner. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and nice as the diagnosis was explained. I am glad and grateful to have gone to this facility. I would definitely recommend SouthStar Urgent Care.
