    Absolutely love Gems, I never go anywhere else!! My mom used to work there years ago, so alot of the workers are like family. Everyone is always very nice!! And of course Mr. Dennis, if there is ever an issue with insurance or anything Dennis is ALWAYS on top things!! I don't know what I'm gonna do when he retires!!

    Definitely my pharmacy of choice. The staff there is so helpful and knowledgeable and they are always friendly. This small town pharmacy has always treated me better than the big chain stores and it has been my favorite for a very long time.

    I have been going to Gem’s drugs for just about 7-8 years I believe. I went in on a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly, kind, fast and knowledgeable on the medications. The prices are great as well. I will not change pharmacies, they have my business as long as theyre opened!

    Super cute!! Good inventory. Lots of home town feel. Some products are difficult to find at other pharmacies like

    Gem Drugs Pharmacy located in Reserve Louisiana is my one-stop-shop for hard to "find" and "fill" prescription meds that require special preparation. They have a clean room that can quickly prepare custom medications in-house VS waiting an extended period of time to have them shipped in from another provider, plus Gem Drugs fills prescriptions while you wait! I LOVE GEM DRUGS in RESERVE LA! MM
