  I've dealt with Preference Medical on a few occasions. They have been very professional each time I've dealt with them.
  I have a very hard time believing any of the negative reviews Ive seen on here.
  They have called back and responded every time I called them. In fact, they helped me with a wheelchair situation I had on a weekend. We had a wheelchair by later that Saturday afternoon. I have no complaints here. They billed my insurance accordingly and there were no issues.
  I'll continue dealing with Preference Medical in the future.

  I have dealt with medical supplies company for over thirty years and this company far surpasses any of them. Just had spinal canal surgery for my stenosis. Preference Medical arrived promptly , explained things to me for my recovery and healing in a courteous manner. Then in a friendly fashion quizzed me to make sure it was explained where I understood. All supplies were exceptional but more importantly the personal cared about what they could do to help you. I highly doubt some complaints on the reviews I have read are true.

  Preference media helped me get the medical equipment I needed and at no cost to me. They talked with my insurance and were able to handle all of that business for me which was a huge relief. They handled the negotiations with my insurance expertly and in turn that's helped me access the device I needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fast service and sure equipment.

  Excellent company. Fast and reliable. Ordered a number of Nebulizers and has been a great experience. The company we were using before was having issues with supply and delivery was taking too long. After receiving my first order I see why they are gaining traction in the area. When they delivered my first order, the employee was very nice and practiced all COVID safety protocols. Will be continuing to use Preference Medical and look forward to working with them in the future.
