I’ve been to many auto service garages over the years and I have to say Jefferson auto are by far my preferred place to deal with I have a small fleet of vehicles that I will be bringing for all my service needs. Staff was friendly attentive and dealt with the service I needed in a very effective way, I was in and out which is important to me! Would highly recommend👍 Go see Alexis or any of the friendly staff!

Had a few issues with my truck. They communicated with me every step of the way. Had my truck back the same day I dropped it off. Great personal service. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

I recently visited this mechanic shop, and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The mechanic did a fantastic job replacing my back brake light. He was not only skilled but also incredibly nice and professional. What stood out was how informative he was, explaining the process and ensuring I understood what was being done. Being a woman, it’s hard to find places that make me feel comfortable, heard and understood but steve made me feel all of those things and helped me so much!! I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and friendly staff!
