Highway 21 Firestone

My fiancé and I had an appointment to get new tires on our car and Mr. Casey was the one who assisted us. He was wonderful and a huge help. Great customer service! Told me that I should take my fiancé on a vacation to Mobile, and I agree! He needs a raise! Wonderful crew over here!

Casey L was amazing! My car had a flat tire and I did not even realize it until I stopped for gas right before getting on the interstate. My friend and I googled the closest tire repair location - Firestone on Hwy 21. I was a little worried because they were busy when we got there but, Casey took care of it and had me back on the road within 1/2 an hr. Thank you so much to Firestone on Hwy 21 and to Casey for the incredible service.

I really really wish I could give them 5 stars, because the guys who work the front of house were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and made sure to get the tires we needed changed quickly. The only reason I'm docking them a star is because out of the 4 RV tires we got them to change, only one of them was aired up properly to 80psi, the other three were around 40-50 psi so we had to find a compressor to air them up before heading home.

I always receive great service from the location on Hwy 21. Today when I entered they were very busy. I was immediately greeted by Casey and he told me he would be with me soon. Casey was very friendly and chatted with me while I waited on my vehicle to be serviced. Everyone does a great job here. I drive 30 minutes to come to this location because of the great work and excellent customer service.
