I was apprehensive buying from these guys I must admit. At the time I purchased my consew premier P1206, little information was known, no reviews on Google, and the few I did find after scouring the internet were mixed to say the least.

I am glad I did. Sammy is excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and on top of things. Several months after my purchase I did have an issue with the machine which frankly I had already expected to pay for (cause we all know how the warranty dance goes). I sent him some pictures of the part I needed, no questions asked, and without so much as a shipping charge I had the part in my hand 2 days later!!!

I know that I will not buy a machine from anywhere else, unless it is something they can't get. And honestly, at that point I would probably ask Sammy his advice and follow it!

This company offers exceptional customer service (rare these days). I bought a sewing machine and there was a problem with it. They quickly replaced it for me. I would feel very confident continuing to do business with them.

They were very helpful and nice. I had ordered a machine on Amazon and for some reason it didn't. Come so I contacted psm and they got my machine right to me in just a few days. I am thrilled with my new Juki 1181n machine. I will highly recommend them for your sewing needs.

I just purchased my first industrial sewing machine and I’m glad I used precision sewing machine. They called to confirm the shipping and they could have left it at that but they went the extra mile asking about what my plans were and we customized my order to get me everything I needed.
