    The Blind Tiger Marina Cantina is GRRRREAT! (see what I did there?) We have our boat in a slip at the marina here so it's nice to just walk up the dock to have a meal and some drinks. And the food is super good! There's been a management change recently and since we're new to this marina we can't speak to some of the negative things some reviewers have left in the past. But the current manager is a wonderful and friendly lady named Missy. The first time we walked in she greeted us like family, explained how the menu boards worked and what the special was. The tables were clean and nicely arranged and the bar area sort of had that "Island feel". There was some Reggae music playing the last time we were in there that added to the mood. I had the Cheddar Burger and it was cooked to perfection. The french fries were nice and crispy too (We both hate soggy fries). My wife had the fish tacos and she loved them. We both had Iced Tea and hate weak tea, the tea here is nice and strong just like we like it. Missy told us that they have live entertainment on some Saturday nights but we haven't been there yet to hear it. So if you're boating on the Tchefuncte river or just in Madisonville Louisiana and want a great meal or drinks, stop in at The Blind Tiger Marina Cantina, you'll be glad you did. Just be aware of the hours, they're closed Monday and Tuesday.

    Bartender was a delight, the"regulars" were a lot of fun, the beer was great! The view is what you go for! The only reason i give 4 stars is because the food sucks! But i didn't go for that. We went for a view, drinks, and good company!

    Simple and perfect! What a beautiful day for lounging by the water. The food was good! Not a big menu but hit the spot. I had nachos and my daughter ate her poblano chicken sandwich in a flash! She said it was awesome.
