Cindy & Kevin are outstanding, knowledgeable, & caring trainers. They are also just good people. Their programs are well thought out, challenge your body differently every day so it's never boring, and you can see and measure the progress being made. First class training by first class people.

This is a wonderful facility that is clean and welcoming. Everything you need to get a great workout. Kevin and Cindy are very professional, courteous and respectful to all. The fitness classes are wonderful and for those who need a workout before work, a shower and towels are provided. Love the workouts and trainers.

I love everything about this gym. It is small. It is intense if you want it to be or easy if that’s what you need. I have done many things throughout the course of my life training wise and this is the best workout I have ever done. The workout is great. The Trainers, Cindy and Kevin, are even better. They are always positive, funny and knowledgeable. There are no outrageous diet plans just fitness and diet goals. Kevin eats bacon so if he can do that the place is OK by me! 😊

Love working out at Isokinetix. Programs are great for any level. Everything is adjusted to your personal ability and levels. Kevin and Cindy help keep you motivated, different programs daily so you don’t get bored. I just love it , and have stayed with this exercise program longer than any other.
