I highly recommend this place over other gyms. This is a well run place owned by a family that takes pride and great care of the place. It is the gym where you can go in, get a great workout, and be out without any hassle and always very very clean. Don’t pay attention to those $10 a month gyms that have a catch to it. This place is legit and deserves all the respect in the world! Great job guys!!!

Sooo thankful for Freedom and this wonderful crew! I’ve been a member for a few years now and can definitely give credit to Jay and his team for all my progress. I LOVE the group classes! I have tried all of them and have yet to be disappointed- I always leave sweaty and accomplished! I also have done personal training with Morgann for a few months now. Her program is custom to my goal for toning and strength and I truly have never felt stronger in my life! I highly recommend the personal training for anyone starting out. It’s the perfect way to hold yourself accountable and Jay and Morgann help target your specific needs and keep you motivated the whole way through!

This gym is awesome. It is way bigger than it looks from the outside, and inside is super clean and set up perfectly. The owner is there often and really friendly and helpful. The monthly fee is very reasonable, and I cant think of 1 complaint. 5 stars!

This gym is always clean and has such a great team there. They are like my second family. The classes are always fun and upbeat!!! They have awesome classes and sweat my butt off!!! I live in Baton Rouge and still drive over here to come to the gym!! Love them

Love the atmosophere of freedom fitness. It's very clean, has some awesome equipment, and the owners are always there. The trainers are some of the best in the business and very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. If you are looking for a smaller type gym that is affordable this is definitely the place for you!
