Downtown Yoga

I am a 75 yr old who has been practicing yoga for 6 years. I was an on-the-road saleman for 40+ years and had significant back pain due to driving my vehicles many thousands of miles. In 2017, after a PT session following back surgery, my therapist suggested I try yoga. A few days later, I had an appointment with Brenna at Downtown Yoga. What a life changer! My back issues are gone, I've lost weight, and my posture is straighter.
Brenna and her business partner, Britni, are pros in their trade. Downtown's teachers and classes are very professional and supportive. If you want to make a positive change in both your physical and mental health, I would highly recommend Downtown Yoga.

Classes at Downtown Yoga have become a standard part of my day. The teachers are friendly, highly qualified and accessible, and the studio is modern, beautifully designed and super clean. Management has intentionally cultivated a vibrant yoga community and I cannot imagine my days without the early morning classes in their gentle space. My body and my spirit are benefitting from the classes. I strongly recommend this studio.

I love this studio! Great classes, fantastic teachers and a wonderful yoga community. I’m there at least three times a week and have noticed such a difference in my strength and flexibility.

I started practicing yoga at age 65 at Downtown yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable and keep my body in correct alignment. I was afraid I was too old to start something new but I have been going to 3 classes a week for over 7 years!

I love downtown yoga! All of the teachers are informative & friendly. If you've never been, I would defiantly give it a try!
