I do not see Dr. Chad on my visits to this location I see Dt John Thompson or his NP Stephanie who is an absolute wonderful caring knowledgeable important addition to his team.
Today was my first visit with Dr Domangue and I'm very impressed!! Comfortable, clean and modern atmosphere. The nurse (forgot name, sorry) took down all of my information with a smile. Then Dr Domangue came in and addressed all of my problems and concerns. He is extremely diligent and intelligent. I can't wait for my treatment to start!

My wait time is on schedule. I love how my appointment flows smoothly and nice and quiet in waiting room. Comfortable chairs. And nurses and doctors are very explanatory on Andy questions I ask. As well as they are greeting ! Thank you AVALA Pain management employees for your hard work and dedication to make my visit go as quickly and prompt as possible. Have a blessed day.
