John Mollere - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with John Mollere State Farm since 2003, and I could not be happier with an insurance agency. The office staff is friendly, professional, and extremely competent. Debbie, Haley, and Kristen (and Arlene when she was there) always go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and are typically able to answer questions immediately. When they need to follow-up on something, they are true to their word and do so in a timely manner. They know and care about their clients, and I could not recommend an insurance agency more highly.

Did not know what to expect when I wanted to change agents and I walked in to Mr. Molleres office not knowing how this would work since we just built a new home. Well to my surprise this gentleman made me feel so welcome and he said not to worry he will take care of everything. At that moment I felt so at peace and knew I found my new agent. The lady that wrote our new policy was very nice, but left a little while after. Then we met our little angel Haley. She took the bull by the horns and ran with it. She could not have been more sweeter and helpful to us. She took care of any problems quickly and efficiently. My husband and I are here to stay. Thanks for everything.
