Staff are friendly, service is usually very quick, short wait for new prescriptions. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Drive thru is the fastest in town.
I switched to Ponchatoula Family Pharmacy when I moved to Ponchatoula. My friends and neighbors suggested another local pharmacy (who I won’t name) that I have used before. Before I switched, I asked my previous pharmacist who to use. He and his staff said I would not regret using PFP. After using them since May of 2022. They are genuinely concerned for my health. They have offered to get me a specific brand of generic medicine if I like it better than another one. They are always quick and courteous. I am so happy that they are less than 2 minutes from my house. Hats off to Ponchatoula Family, I can’t event think of going anywhere else. Next time you need to fill a Rx, swing by and check them out. I’m almost certain, you will drop that big box pharmacy and use them. Using them is, well as the name suggest, LIKE FAMILY!
BCBS Federal recommended Ponchatoula Family Pharmacy to me when the pharmacy first opened. I love the kind, considerate & friendly care everyone gives to the clients. I’ve had most all the vaccines through them. They help explain issues to me. I love going into the pharmacy for unique, local gifts & how they have selections of many household healthcare & beauty care items. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Ms Vicky & the others at the drive up window are always so friendly. If the person ahead at the window has to take longer, they come out the side door to help get your information to speed up the process. While in a family trip during Ida, they were able to transfer my medical information to a Florida v pharmacy. I appreciate everyone at Ponchatoula Family ❤️Pharmacy.
I have used pharmacies,all over the USA. I have been with this pharmacy,since the beginning. . Moved away, came right back to them. They are awesome! Always get your scripts right,with text reminders. They are fast, personable( they know your name). I was a nurse,I just love them Especially,Anthony n Miss Vickie. 10 stars!!!
