Dr. Love-Grove is passionate about the care of her patients. As a provider she truly cares and listens to her patients. The Washington Community Health Center staff is always kind, and supportive. Dr. Love-Grove is an attentive listener and shows genuine concern about my health. She is extremely thorough during the examination as she is with Telemedicine. I trust her judgment completely. I had bypass surgery with major complications and every time I messaged my cardio team they claimed it wasn't heart related, so Dr. Love-Grove unknowingly became my cardiologist. My blood pressure post surgery skyrocketed. Blood pressure medicine was not perscibed to me at discharge. My cardio team gave me no direction post surgery and they seemed to be hostile and defensive when I went to them for help so I went directly to friendly Dr. Love-Grove for BP medicine. She is very supportive and provides care for my entire wellbeing...physical, emotional and mental health. Her positive upbeat disposition is uplifting and inspirational. She has restored my faith in the health care system. When she was transferred to another Parish quite a distance away I had no problem traveling the extra 47 miles to keep her as my PCP.
