  Immediate results from every visit. Dr. Horne is friendly and personable, which puts me at ease. I have had back severe pain for the past year. Enough for me to be put out of work for two weeks. I told Dr. Horne my symptoms, set an appointment, and was back at work after two treatments. I even received a follow up call to ensure that I was still making progress. This doctor, and the entire team at Capitol Rehab is truly remarkable. I highly recommend.

  After several years of suffering from SI joint and herniated disc pain, Capitol Rehab of Crofton is the first practice that has accurately assessed my underlying condition and provided me with a treatment plan that has proven highly effective in providing me with the pain relief that I've been desperately seeking. Drs. McClenny and Horne, are well-versed in their craft and the intricacies of the human body.

  Capitol Rehab of Crofton is the Best. Hands Down! What an experience Dr. Shaun McClenny very professional knowledgeable & caring. Every step of my treatment was explained in detail to make my experience even greater. The staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend Capitol Rehab.

  Dr. McClenny has been helping me with my accident recovery and is very awesome. His office is friendly and helpful. He and his staff make the process very easy when dealing with the accident claim. He is able to accommodate great hours in the early morning to the evening depending on the day. There are even Saturday hours. I highly recommend them.
