Our total roof replacement and subsequent storm damage repair went very smoothly and quickly. Our property was very clean after the work was completed.
The option to pay the invoice online is very convenient.

The work was completed in a timely manner and left the job site in good working condition. They even saved us money when a gutter had to be sized down to fit the roof line better. We really appreciate their work.

(December 16, 2018, 8:29 pm)Rarely do home improvement projects go 100% right, so when one comes along and it all goes well it is really a surprise! The initial call to Chesapeake was answered quickly. Mark came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable and had various samples for the siding I’d already expressed an interest in. The product was was superior to anything else I’d looked at. The only hiccup in the project was the quote I was sent after the visit- it was for a slightly different product and therefore about $1000 less than the siding I discussed. They contacted me right away and took responsibility for the misquoted price! That was such a refreshing change from companies that aren’t honest and can’t admit mistakes! We scheduled the project and the work crew were great. They asked questions if they weren’t sure I’d like something one way or another (electrical fixtures etc.). They were efficient and kept everything neat (which is hard when tearing off old cedar shingles). I waited till it rained before posting this review to see how it holds up and they did an outstanding job on the corners, edges, and cut-ins around the house. My house looks fantastic! I’m very happy with the process and product. Thank you, Chesapeake!

Did what they said they were going to do.
Employees showed up got to work...and cleaned up after themselves

Kurt and his team installed new windows in our town home. They had the most competitive price for a great quality. The windows are in excellent shape and have really helped the temperature of our home. Everything was done in a very professional and efficient manner. The windows are perfectly installed and they left our home as clean as when they came. The only complaint I had was that our grass was a bit damaged. That said Kurt was quick to respond and happy to help repair the grass! Overall, we are very happy and look forward to using them again in the future for a roofing project!
