Honest and amazing customer care. I live in New York City and encountered a safety related mechanical problem on a road-trip. Parts for my 18 year-old van were not readily available. The young man on the counter effected a temporary fix to get me quickly and safely back on the road. I felt that he legitimately cared about my safety. I was not price gouged! I have never been treated so well by a garage.
They were willing to work with me to get the right part at the right price on my older Acura. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
These guys are just fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, upfront and trustworthy. There's even a friendly dog that I've seen seated on the desk that just loves to be petted!

But I will. They have been reasonably priced, honest about the work needed, and timely. They do what they say, when they say. What more does anyone need? nothing more. They are precisely what one needs in a mechanic.
