Rob, the fireplace technician, was professional, courteous, and personable. He took great care in all aspects of my fireplace service. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. I needed a new pilot unit and Rob did a great job with the replacement. Along with that, Rob took great care in completely cleaning the existing parts and replacing the batteries in my remote wall unit. Rob also conducted tests for both carbon monoxide and errant constable gas before he buttoned everything back up; I was grateful for that extra step. I was also satisfied with the price. If you need to have your gas fireplace serviced, I highly recommend their service

Robert was very thorough and explained everything in details from the usage to safety of my new gas fireplace. I was very lucky to have found them and hope to share that luck with you. Highly recommend them to be your first choice as they are now mine!!!
