Roslynne understands why people need insurance and works with you, not in a phony advertising way but with real options.

We went with another Allstate agency here in FL and when their prices got too high we went with another agency. The FL agency was supposed to cancel our policy but months later had still not done this correctly. I called an Allstate help line and they connected me to Roslynne, even though we were no longer her customer, within 15 mins she had our policy correctly canceled. She is great to work with and takes care of her clients.

She doesn't seem to mind having to break policies down to help me understand. I trust her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants great coverage and exceptional customer service.
