OMG I love this place. After only 18 classes I've lost 10 pounds and I'm at that age where the metabolism seems to just shut down. I'm counting calories too, but going to OT a few times a week provides the jump start to my metabolism that past workouts at other gyms were not providing. It works because you workout with a group, make friends and encourage each other. It's very motivating. Definitely try one of their introductory classes and change your life! You'll find a very diverse group of great folks and won't feel out of place no matter who you are

I took the 6:15 class with Caroline and I can honestly say it was one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. She encouraged the class to keep on the grind and push ourselves without being super demanding as I kind of expected. The tempo is great, and the time really flies right by. This was a great start to the morning - I’d highly recommend OTF Annapolis!

Staff made a mistake and sent the wrong form for cancellation, instead they sent me another intake form. When I realized was still being charged, I contacted and the manager refused to refund saying I had “no proof” of wanting to terminate my contract. The owner ended up stepping in making good on the mistake of the employees. I loved the workouts, they just weren’t fitting my schedule with my new job. Mistakes do happen, was just unfortunate that the manager did not look into the situation more and I had to come to google reviews to receive help.

Great Plumbing Supply House!

Excellent customer service from Sandy! She was an awesome communicator the entire process and followed up with me often concerning updates of item delivery. We ordered a bathrub, 2 vanities and shower fixtures from them and all are very beautiful and make our remodel perfect. Thank you so much!

Ruehlen Supply is like the Cheers of supply houses. Everybody knows your name. It's like my home away from home. And they have snacks.
